A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. An appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your project and is specific to the design discussed during your consultation. Booking Multiple Sessions For multi-session projects, your deposit will be carried forward and applied to the final session of the project. Back-to-Back Appointments Back-to-back session bookings require a deposit for each scheduled full day. At the completion of each session, the corresponding deposit will be applied toward that day’s total. Cancellations & Rescheduling With sufficient notice (minimum 72hr before appointment time), deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date at my discretion. However, frequent rescheduling, short-notice changes, cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please provide as much notice as possible via email. If you are traveling for your project or would like to accelerate progress, up to three consecutive full-day sessions may be scheduled.
